The purpose of this course is to enable ZENworks Desktop Managers (Administrators) to perform standard administrative tasks using ZENworks 2017. The workshop provides an environment where students perform tasks based on “real-world” production scenarios, receive evaluation on their performance, and are free to focus on administrative tasks relevant to their job description. The task-oriented scenarios include configuring user sources and administrators, managing device registration, deploying the ZENworks Adaptive Agent and software bundles, enforcing device configurations with policies, managing devices remotely, managing asset inventory, viewing ZENworks audit events, generating ZENworks predefined reports, and imaging computers with ZCM.

This course is designed for students who are new to ZENworks Configuration Management or the ZENworks Suite or those who need hands-on experience with specific features and tasks. The workshop is “performance-based” and requires students to complete tasks based on detailed workplace scenarios.
