Our preparation dates up to and including May 18, 2026, cover the content of the currently valid PMP exam. The Project Management Institute (PMI) will only be administering exams based on this content up to and including July 8, 2026. The PMP exam will be updated on July 9, 2026. Dates after May 22, 2026, prepare for the exam that will be valid from July 9, 2026.

• Clarification of prerequisites, assistance and explanations of the application and examination process.
• Project Management Understanding, Ethics Guidelines, and Standards of Professional Conduct per PMI.
• Intensive exam preparation for the competence fields Process, People and Business as well as the knowledge areas: Integration Management, Project Content and Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Resource Management, Communication Management, Risk Management, Procurement Management and Stakeholder Management and all other important aspects of project management such as virtual team management, document management, etc.
• All exam relevant content will be covered according to the domains "Process", "People" & "Business Environment" of the current PMP Examination Content Outline (ECO2021). About half of the examination will represent predictive project management approaches and the other half will represent agile or hybrid approaches.

You acquire the 35 seminar contact hours required for admission to the exam. These will be credited to you automatically after the training. Attention: the price for the exam is not included in the seminar price.

Exam simulation X-AM PMP – included!

An important prerequisite for passing the exam is lots of practice questions – the more the better! In addition to the questions in the seminar, you can use the X-AM PMP exam simulation to practice over 1,400 exam-like questions and simulate the exams several times.
