What is the best style for modern contract drafting in English? All these questions and many more are addressed in this two-day workshop which is intended to extend the skills and ability, as well as the basic understanding, of participants in relation to Legal English and contract drafting. Those attending are encouraged to ask questions and participate in the workshops and individual exercises provided. It is intended to be a practical, hands-on, learning-by-doing meeting with some drafting BYO (Bring Your Own questions and examples).

We will be looking at case studies, exercises and typical examples taken from everyday contract drafting.
