This program offers a comprehensive journey through international relations, power dynamics, and global trends, equipping participants with the insights and strategic tools needed to navigate an increasingly complex world order.

In 2025, as newly formed governments respond to mounting economic, security, and technological challenges, business leaders will need to understand the forces reshaping the global landscape.

Guided by world-class ESMT experts, including Prof. Lars-Hendrik Röller, former Chief Economic Advisor to Angela Merkel and G7/G20 Sherpa, as well as a leading geopolitics advisory firm, you will engage in expert-led lectures, interactive sessions, and real-world case studies. You will assess your organizations geopolitical readiness and develop a tailored response plan to turn uncertainty into strategic advantage.

The course runs for 6 weeks, with a manageable time commitment of around 4 hours per week. The learning experience is primarily built around live, cohort-based sessions delivered in high-impact formats - designed to fit into even the busiest schedules. These are complemented by light self-paced individual work, allowing you to engage with the material at your own rhythm and reinforce the learnings from the live sessions.
