What does it mean to be part of an Agile Release Train (ART) team? Become a SAFe® 6 Practitioner (SP) and develop personal skills to be a high-performing member of an ART. Also discover how to collaborate successfully with other teams, team members and key stakeholders.
In SAFe® for Teams, you’ll learn all about your role in an agile team and how your team works with others as part of an Agile Release Train (ART). Along the way, you’ll learn how to plan and execute work, how to apply the Scaled Agile Framework® and agile principles, and how to continuously improve. By introducing the Scaled Agile Framework® for Teams into your team, all members will gain a common knowledge base. This enables effective collaboration, confident handling of challenging situations and optimal preparation for all ART and team events (e.g. PI planning).
This two-day training provides you with comprehensive knowledge about Agile Release Train (ART), how it creates added value and how you can use Scrum, Kanban and Extreme Programming (XP) to effectively support Art success as part of an agile team. You’ll also learn how to plan program increments, organize iterations and break down features. Last but not least, you will learn about continuous delivery pipelines and DevOps culture and how to collaborate well with others in the program and measure flow performance.
