In this SAFe® for Architects course, you will learn how to analyze the requirements between architecture and product value in a more focused way. You will gain an understanding of how system, solution and enterprise architects work together to develop architecture solutions. You will also acquire methods and tools you need to work effectively in organizations with remote and distributed teams.

Participants can improve collaboration and coordination in a SAFe® Lean-Agile organization by becoming a SAFe® 6 Architect. During this 3-day course, participants will learn the roles, responsibilities and mindset of Agile Architects. They will gain an understanding of how to achieve alignment between architecture and business value. You will also learn how to drive ‘Continuous Flow’ to large systems from systems (this sounds very awkward) while supporting SAFe® PI execution.
