As part of this course content, each training course focuses on the group’s specific needs and challenges.

Using Lean-Thinking methods, you can structure long-term vision into individual elements within the development process.

Emphasis is placed on preparing and carrying out PI- Planning, effectively running iterations in the development team, Product Backlog Management, describing customer value-oriented requirements as well as promoting innovation and quality in the Scrum team.

Through this and other content, participants learn important aspects of working in scaling and how to implement them skilfully – from the high level to User Stories.

After the course, participants possess a comprehensive set of knowledge and methods to meet daily challenges of a product owner / product manager with confidence. Transferring theoretical content to everyday work life is supported by many practical exercises and group discussions.

The 2-day course is conducted by our experienced Scaled Agile Framework® Program Consultants. Participants’ respective backgrounds are considered, and the theoretical content is conveyed in a practical manner.
