Agility and Software Architecture: Opposites That Attract and Complement Each Other!
At first glance, it might seem that agility and architecture work are at odds. Agile development methods focus on flexibility and adaptability of software, while software architecture provides a long-term, stable framework. However, when these approaches are combined, they create a win-win situation for everyone involved: Agile Software Architecture.
Applying Scrum and Lean to Effective Architecture Work in Agile Teams and Projects
This iSAQB-certified software architecture training equips participants with the knowledge and innovative skills needed to design and evolve software systems and architectures using agile development methods. The trainers approach the topic from two perspectives: on one hand, transferring agile software development principles to architecture work; on the other hand, embedding architecture practices effectively within agile processes. Central topics include the agile frameworks Scrum and Lean. Through multiple practical examples of agile architecture work, participants will understand that agility and architecture do not have to conflict, but can complement each other through goal orientation and active team collaboration.
What to Expect
