iSAQB® AGILA - Agile Software Architecture TrainingOur 3-day iSAQB® AGILA (Agile Software Architecture) training has a particularly practical character. Participants can directly experience important agile methods, practical techniques and helpful perspectives during the training. In addition, one gets to know a software architecture discipline that is oriented towards LSD influences (Lean Software Development), which is pragmatic, reinforces goal orientation and embeds itself excellently in agile projects.

The focus of the AGILA training is on the development of software according to agile principles and consistent further development of the programmes. The AGILA module is helpful because nowadays software architecture is developed more and more in special projects.

In our training, the focus is on self-determined teams and a shared responsibility. Agile, modern software architecture requires new skills from every software developer or software architect. These include technical as well as methodological and communicative aspects.

Learning contents of the training in overviewAs a participant of the AGILA training you should have the following experience and knowledge:

• A practical experience in designing and developing small to medium sized software systems.
• Practical experience in dealing with architectural decisions. This includes their elaboration, documentation, as well as communication.
• Participants should also have some initial hands-on experience with agile software projects.

These are the skills you will learn:

• As a seminar participant, you will get to know an agile software architecture at close quarters and experience in the training how you can use agile methods efficiently, as well as meaningfully in practice. During the AGILA training, helpful perspectives, practical techniques and small agile methods are presented with practical examples.
