- Group processes & managing teams – role structures, group norms, groupthink, and group conformity; fostering cohesion and building high-performance teams
- Shaping corporate culture – official vs. actual values, visualizing culture, and the role of ethics
Change Management (1 Day)- What makes change projects fail and what makes them successful?
- Understanding the premises of change projects: The concept of the rider, the elephant and the context
- Change communication – the importance of clear communication
- Resistance and collaboration - the “Pre-Mortem” tool
- Case work – what happened in “Danesco”?
Prerequisites- Either 5 years of work experience or a first academic degree + 3 years of relevant work experience
- Good English language skills
