Necessary fundamentals about the PROFINET and Ethernet-APL technology for a successful PROFINET deployment, etc.

The following content is covered in the practical part:

Setup and configuration of a PROFINET network as well as device integration and diagnostic handling in current PLC and DCS systems (e.g. Siemens PC S7, Emerson DeltaV, and others). Using the latest tools and troubleshooting methods, etc.

Objectives:

You will know about the features of the PROFINET technology and the PA profiles, network design of 100BaseTX and Ethernet-APL. You will also be able to use troubleshooting tools and methods for maintenance.

Prerequisites:

Basic knowledge of computers, electronics and mathematics.

Qualification:

The training is Endress+Hauser certified.
