:The 7 pillars of resilience include optimism, acceptance, solution orientation, leaving the victim role, a success network, positive future planning, and self-reflection. Let's take a look at exactly what each pillar means:

1 - Optimism - The glass is half full! The first pillar of resilience is optimism. Optimistic people always see the world or a thing from its best side, if possible. This positive and life-affirming attitude leads to a hopeful outlook on the future.

2 - Acceptance - Letting go of the inner perfectionist. Acceptance reduces stress and provides more satisfaction with our choices. Many things that affect our lives are simply out of our control. However, it is very much within our control how we view and deal with these things.

3 - Solution orientation - Become a possibility thinker. The third pillar of resilience is solution orientation. Resilient people think in terms of possibilities and solutions, not problems.

4 - Abandon the victim role and take personal responsibility. Another building block for strong resilience is leaving the victim role. It's about stepping out of the role of passivity and feelings of helplessness and moving into confident and active action.

5 - Close ties - A strong personal network strengthens resilience. This pillar of resilience is about building and expanding a strong and personal support network. This can consist of your partner, friends, family members, and people in your personal and professional life.

6 - Positive Future Planning - The sixth pillar in the resilience model. Resilient people know that they are not helplessly at the mercy of their fate. They consciously and actively work towards their goals and a positive future.

7- Self-reflection - looking in the mirror. An essential pillar of resilience is self-reflection. In addition to mindful awareness of one's thoughts, feelings and actions, this includes honestly answering the question "Who am I?" What are my qualities, talents, skills, character traits, desires and needs? How do I want to live and work and how can I achieve that?

Work out your best resilience with Michael!
