Hinweis

The course of this seminar describes the practically oriented process of a project and enables you to apply the methods and procedures taught in the seminar directly in a practical context. You work on your own in small groups and initiate and plan a project on the basis of a given, comprehensive case study.

LernzieleEfficient project management is a decisive success factor – especially for smaller projects or sub-projects within larger programmes. This English-language seminar provides you with the basic methods and tools you need to plan, manage and successfully complete compact projects independently. In three days, you will acquire in-depth knowledge of all project phases – from defining objectives, structuring and resource planning through to risk assessment, implementation and project completion. You will familiarise yourself with classic and agile approaches, apply methods such as the RACI matrix or the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and reflect on your role in the project team. The content is taught in an interactive format – with lectures, group work, case studies and role plays. After the seminar, you will be able to manage smaller projects or sub-projects independently. You will benefit from a structured approach that you can apply directly in your professional practice – regardless of whether you are new to project management or would like to develop your skills in a targeted manner.Zielgruppen
