Methode

This trainer-led live online training is divided into three sequences. In the first sequence, you are introduced to the topic interactively. Then, in a self-learning phase, you integrate what youve learned into your everyday work context. In the third sequence, your results are discussed in a group session led by the trainer. After the live session, additional digital resources are available to support implementation in the workplace.

Artificial intelligence is reshaping project management. Project professionals must now learn to harness new technologies to enhance their efficiency and decision-making. This training enables experienced project managers to use generative AI meaningfully across the project lifecyclefrom planning to execution and closure.

Participants will explore the basics of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and how data fuels these systems. The main focus is on generative AI, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT. The DIALOG method helps structure prompts effectively to get precise and relevant output from AI tools.

Through project phase-based learning, participants will apply GenAI to common management tasks. With hands-on practice, theyll develop reusable prompts, understand the limits and risks of AI, and learn to design their own AI-integrated workflows. The goal is a practical, efficient, and responsible use of AI in real project environments.
