Step into the role of Jake, the Operations Manager of Axle Car Hire, and accompany Henri on his exciting journey. Henri will guide you through the world of ITIL®, introduce you to its concepts, and explore with you how ITIL® practices can be used to rescue Axle Car Hire. Along the way, you will also learn everything you need to successfully pass the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam.
