The goal of the seminar „Stakeholder management“ is to help you better understand processes in stakeholder management and to enable you to identify stakeholders, systematically analyze their needs and to get them excited about your project. A further goal is that you will be able to better assess important personality models and motivation theories in order to better assess different needs and apply the right communication strategy.
