Scrum Foundation (Englisch) OLD - Seminar / Kurs von mITSM GmbH

TÜV certification optional

Agile project management according to Scrum - basic seminar with the option of TÜV certification. The training is based on the current Scrum Guide 2017 and prepares you with a high practical part for the daily project routine with Scrum. No IT knowledge necessary.

Projects are constantly changing, the requirements are usually higher, deadlines are postponed. Many teams feel that traditional project management methods are inefficient in complex environments - not only in the area of software development. Scrum is an agile methodology that can satisfy customers with a significantly higher probability.

The course participants learn and experience the processes and principles defined in the Scrum Guide, which enable the teams to work according to agile values and to successfully complete complex projects. They will gain an understanding of the roles involved, be prepared for the daily use of Scrum with practical exercises and get an idea of the effects of agile methods on the organization.

For this course, PDUs can be credited for Project Management Institute certifications.

Certification exam optional

The training includes intensive preparation for the TÜV SÜD certification exam at the end of the course. The examination fee (250 Euro plus VAT) is not included in the course price.

Please note: If you want to take part in the exam, please make an appropriate note in the note field when placing your order.
