This basic training is the introduction to IT service management according to ITIL 4, the new framework version, which focuses on added value for the customer.
ITIL 4 describes the ways in which the challenges posed by new technologies and digital services can be mastered. The new ITIL 4 focuses on pragmatism and simplicity. It supports organizations on their path to digital transformation by taking into account approaches such as Agile, DevOps and Lean in Service Management.
The training is based on the official syllabus. On behalf of the rights holder AXELOS, our trainer guides and training materials are tested and accredited by the international certification body PeopleCert.
During the two days all important theoretical basics of ITIL with all relevant terms and contents are taught. The key points are:

After this training you will know the benefits, principles, roles and processes of ITIL. You will be able to find your way around in an environment that is based on ITIL 4 and be able to support it efficiently. You will receive an internationally recognized certificate confirming your knowledge. This allows you to participate in the more advanced ITIL 4 seminars.
