To identify what is needed to adapt and renew in today's markets, all internal processes in the company must be carefully planned, implemented and monitored. The CPIM seminar covers all activities related to production and inventory management within the company's "own four walls". The course provides the necessary knowledge to manage all internal activities of a company that are required along the entire planning hierarchy: from Corporate Planning, Sales & Operations Planning and Master Planning to Resource Planning and the implementation of the Production Plan. Furthermore, the course covers inventory management across all these planning levels. The CPIM consists of the following content topics:

Target groupThe CPIM seminar is designed for individuals who work directly in or in direct contact with supply chain activities. Individuals who want to gain a deeper understanding of internal supply chain processes, production and inventory management, and the associated terminology.
Furthermore, the CPIM seminar is designed for all individuals who would like to get the designation Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM).
