Have you ever wondered what makes a great leader -  and whether or not you have "the right stuff"?  

To be effective as a leader, you not only have to understand what personal characteristics and professional strengths you bring to the table - you also need to know their situative (dis-)advantages within the specific business context and be able to apply (or compensate!) them.  

From the vantage point of four unique leadership typologies, this workshop provides you with an opportunity to analyse and discuss their relative strengths and growth areas within a selection of typical business scenario - including different national as well as intercultural settings.
