The program introduces the concepts of corporate finance for nonfinancial managers.

Its focus lies on fundamental concepts and techniques. Starting from financial accounting, the program emphasizes free cash flow as a firm's source of value creation, and presents the concept of net present value as the basis of valuating corporate financial claims. The framework enables participants to analyze problems such as capital budgeting, the cost of capital, and stock market valuation.
