CHARLES F. LaFOND, MBA (U. S. A)  Charlie LaFond is a speaker, trainer, coach and writer. As a speaker, Charlie gives key-note presentations and talks to companies and organizations around the globe. As a trainer, he offers seminars and lectures on key areas of personal development for businesses which wish to be even more effective. As a coach, Charlie works with business people to achieve personal and professional goals. And as a writer, Charlie is now working on his first book on personal development. Charlie was born and raised in Minnesota, USA. He successfully completed his graduate studies at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona in 1980 with a MBA in International Management. He moved to Austria in 1981, where he founded and ran an institute specialized in English training for companies in Austria for 24 years. This introduced him to the world of training and development market, where he has been a successful trainer in the fields of communication, marketing and finance. His received his LifeSuccess certification in 2009 and now offers coaching and consulting in the field of personal development, as well. Charlie has been a professor at Webster University, Vienna campus since 1992, a licensed Buzan trainer for Mental Literacy™ and Mind Mapping® since 1991 as well as an accomplished public speaker for Toastmasters International. Charles also has been working for HPS Hierhold Presentation Services since 1998 as their English language presentations trainer and for the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien Executive Academy since 2008 in the field of Negotiations and Conflict Management. Charlie's private interests include skiing, travel, public speaking and computers.
